1250 SQ. FT. ADDITION AND EXISTING REHAB

37 WALES DEVELOPMENT PHASE 1 & 2
Heading Home has owned this site since 2011 but has been unable to utilize it this past year due to structural issues with the site this project has been broken into two phases.
Phase 1 work comprises site preparation that includes temporary shoring of abutting structures of the property, demolition of the existing three-story building, deconstruction of the existing wall, installation of the new water retention system, and installation of a new retaining wall.
Phase 2 development will consist of Redeveloping this site creating 20 new units of permanent supportive housing and onsite services to support formerly homeless families.
SUTTON DOUGLAS DEVELOPMENT
